Billing Issues / Not Honoring Prices that were given to get me back as a custome

My Bill is never right. I am tired of calling monthly and wasting an hour of my time. Fix my bill to what was agreed to when I signed back up with you or release me from my contract. Its ridiculous that a customer has to call on a monthly basis and that you have it logged and see that I'm not being charged correctly but yet your customer service reps cant fix the problem long term... I have recently spoke to a rep named John ID#100586644 who kept me on the phone over an hour and promised me I would not have to go through this anymore and yet here comes another outrageous bill.

I am frustrated and don't have time to deal with this anymore. I only paid 39.00 towards the August bill as I called 3 times and tried to get to John but yet first I called India, then I was connected to someone in Mexico... Then even in the US I wasn't able to talk to John... Don't understand how these people stay in business when simple billing issues can't be corrected... Can't wait for this contract to be up as I won't be with them anymore due to this nightmare.
