Pissed - Direct TV

I've had directv for more than 11 years and they are crooks. I went to their website and they offer service for 39.99. Today I made a payment of 65.00 and they still refused to turn my service on. I don't have any special stations, just basic. I've never seen what my bill is monthly. When I asked what my monthly bill was to customer service, it took them at least 5 minutes to look it up and the payment I made is twice the bill.in order for my service to be restored I need to make 57.00 payment over the the 65.00 payment I just made with my credit card. I'll just read more books. Thanks DirecTV. Just let me pay you off and move forward. What a scam! But check this out, I pay my bill monthly and a customer service agent named John was tryin to explain the scam!
