Beware credit on extending your contract Dana Point

I was going to cancel my then monthly contract (and I had a hard time going on past the 24 months after I signed - as the HD receiver was back ordered and I got it 3 months or so later. When I went to cancel my contact they said that "on no, your contract did not start on the date you signed it but on the date you got your back ordered equipment!" Well this after a hassle was corrected) in March and they said that they would give me about 25$ credit for the next three months to keep me. I agreed and then the billing problems started. The April bill showed the regular price. I called and was told that the credit would show up in May. Well may came and at the end of May billing (looked at on the internet in June 6th or so, showed $61 owing. When I got the June 12 paper billing it showed $81 o2wing - my regular amount, I canceled my service and call them about the bill and was told that there was nothing they (who ever they is) would do. I am awaiting the final bill and will go to small claims court on it and they will have to pay the filing fees etc!!!
