Very Poor and Frustrating Company

Very responsive when asking for your money. Put on hold 30 min each time I call for warranty. Claim they never got paperwork from repair company so have to call again and wait 30 min each time. Keep asking for more info such as cost breakdown and say they'll call back to get info but do not call. So I have to follow up (waiting another 30 min). Have found at least one customer service person that does care and is responsive. But the company's model seems to be: "Take their money, frustrate and delay customer if warranty work is needed."
