Complete rip off company and no customer service ethics at all

This company is the biggest ripoff i have ever seen. The do not care of the customer nor how they appear to the public. No since of urgentcy to any of the matter you call to report.

Each person you speak to is horrible. Call for a washer repair it took 2 weeks to get someone to even look at and that was with me calling every day after week 1.

Then repair is needing a part they do not have on truck it will take another week for order. Then another week before service can reschedule for complete repair.

Attempted to ask for some help from AHS and they are not allowed to do any more than credit me the amount of the parts needed to fix washer. $60.00 later and now 2 weeks at a laundry mat and there is nothing they can do.

Let see what they say when my attorney gets this one.

Never us this home warranty unless you are wanting to die while waiting for help!
