Tienda Central America Shipping Company misleading, thief of packages and money

I sent 1 box to my mother but it never got delivered. The store clerk was not helpful. The delivering company would not say where my package was and will not send it back.insurance I bought from the store did not cover the loss. The store and clerk are ripoffs. It's been 10 months and nothing.
