I mailed my Toshiba laptop computer to get it repaired in early July as I had a virus and some software issues. The UPS Store #4513 did not properly package the computer. I paid them to package the computer, to send it UPS and I purchased insurance to cover a loss of up to $500. The compure was damaged in shipment. I tried to file a claim with the UPS Store for the $500 damages done to the computer in late July as I had purchased insurance from the UPS Store 4513 when I mailed the package.

They refused to accept the claim and told me that I had to file the claim with UPS directly. UPS refused to accept the claim of loss. The repair facility where I mailed the computer contaced investigations at UPS in late July. A man named Larry Bennett in investigations was extremely helpful. He had my wife take the repair estimate to the UPS Store #4513. She took the repair estimate to the UPS Store #4513.
