Difficulty delivering packages

I have had it with UPS! I can't be at home when packages are delivered and so have requested to be placed on the will call list so I can simply go to the UPS store to pick up my package. However, 3 out 4 times they place my package on a truck anyway. This means at least two trips to the store and several phone calls to get them to hold the package for me.
I am so angry at how they make my life harder.
