Poor Customer Service - package delivery

Why is it that no at UPS if you have a package to be delivered and you work 9-5 monday through friday that they make you go out of your way to try to get your package??? Fed Ex is a lot more helpful. I was told that someone would call me about picking my package up. UPS told me this... No one ever called... I work, I paid for shipping, shouldn't they be a bit more helpful. They won't even let me pick up the package at one of their store... Its THEIR store??? I still don't have my package, it will probably get sent back or I will have to lose money and take a day off so i can got it when they are open. I will never use UPS again, and if a company doesnt offer another shipping service, i will buy from someone else!!!
