On Sunday, 4 September I place an order at Lemon Grove, CA Fashion Bug since the store did not had the item I had order on line and could not exchange for a smaller size. On my way home I change my mind and wanted to cancel the items. Withing 2 hours from the store purchase I contacted the 1-866-886-4725 and a recorded came up that the customer office was closed to please call back during business hours. On Monday I called the same number and try to cancel the order. I was told that the order could not be cancel since it had been ship already. Three weeks later when the merchadise arrive at the house via postal service it was refuse. Since 15 September I been calling the 1-866-886-4725 to try to get my Visa credit card refund and I just been getting the run around. I went back to the store and ask for help, the manager stated that I needed to call the 1-866-886-4725. Be aware that the process for refund is very slow and customer service would not help you or escalate your call to speak with a supervisor and no one cares how long you have to wait. Suggestion speak with your bank or credit holder an file a dispute charge thats the only way you will see your money be refunded.
