Went to store on Dec 30. Found headphones on display rack I wanted. There were none to purchase. Employee ordered it for me to be picked up at store on Jan 6. On Jan 3 receive an email saying item cannot be shipped to store. Call customer service. I call, get put on hold for 10 minutes. Hang up, call again. Customer service rep Dan says he can't give me a refund, he can only look to see if I can get it from a different store. I tell him I need a refund. He says I'll have to wait for a supervisor to get a refund. 35 minutes later, supervisor Ken gets on the line and tells me it takes 10 to 14 days to get a refund. But, if I go to the store my credit card can be credited immediately. Best buy, you've lost a customer. A family of four with teenagers who buy all the electronics, music and games. I will do my business elsewhere. Order #1112365987281
