Incredibly poor service and billing charges!

Obviously, I should have read the reviews prior do dealing with this company! After I realized I was going to be charged that $9.99 monthly fee, I promptly cancelled it. Then i find that they double billed me! Never use this company - or blooms today! I'll be reporting this to the better business bureau to ensure others refrain from doing business with either of these companies!!
