Over charged for setup

My aunt bought a washer and dryer at SEARS. She is dying of cancer and you can tell by looking at her that she is ill. She was ripped off by sears for 539.00. They explained the delivery of $69.00 (which is usual and fair for both delivery and setup in town) I know this because until I got sick I worked with appliance and standard delivery and setup is between 60-90...

But there was another charge that was never told to her, she was never given the opportunity to say no thank you. The charge $539.00 which they called a PLACEMENT AND SETUP charge. This is a rip off. It takes no time at all to set up, most appliances come with hoses and everything that is needed. Sears ripped off a dying woman with a limited income... The man knew she was sick, she even had to go sit down because she wasn't feeling well.
How dare sears be allowed to operate like this.
