Sears customer service loosing a sale - Whirlpool cabrio

I called sears to purchase a washer and dryer (wtw8200yw and wed8200yw) they are $764.99 each. I was using a online code sears35off300affiliateddeals to get $35.00 pff the transaction. I was using to transactions to get $35.00 off each appliance. The salesman said it would cost $79.00 for delivery and if I did two transactions I would have to pay $79.00 delivery twice, or I could purchase a 3yr warranty for $129.00 and get the second appliance delivered free. Sears lost a $1,600.00 sale because of $35.00
