Cancelled my order without telling me!

I ordered a jacket for myself and a few hours later one for my sister as a surprise. I received my jacket weeks ago and it's great but they cancelled my sister's jacket and refunded my money without even telling me? I was so mad. I've since unsubscribed and will not be using them again. They are terrible. Takes forever (if you even end up getting it)! Terrible customer service. Poor quality products. They should be embarrassed - it's a wonder they have any customers at all with the way they treat them.
