Jacket - Collectors Edition Vintage Inda Jacket

I returned my son's leather jacket that we bought for him at Christmas. This being February, I thought the jacket should hold up a little better than it did. I was told to send the jacket back for inspection, and that's what I did. I received the jacket back without any contact from anyone at the company, just a letter enclosed stating that I should take the jacket to a shoe repair place to get it fixed. A $400 jacket! When I called, General Manager Mike, said that because there was so many blood stains on the jacket they assumed someone had been in a fight while wearing it. No way! Maybe something like soda or rain spots, but definitely not blood. I guess any excuse to get out of fixing the jacket will do, but come on, blood? Why would I be that stupid? My son loves his jacket, but he does wear it everyday... That's why he bought it.
