Fake items, wrong items delivered, get 1/3 back on refund

I ordered gents NF jacket and received 2 x phonecalls plus email telling me it was out of stock to order something else. I didnt want anything else so cancelled order AND received email to say the order was cancelled and 78 would be refunded. Then received ladies NF jacket few days later with no returns docs to send back.

Contacted them by e-mail and was told to return it but would cost me 20 plus restocking fee plus handling fee meaning I would only get 18 back! Unbelievable. How am I to pay for this when I cancelled the order and got the cancellation confirmed???!!! They eventually told me just to keep the jacket - but I dont want the jacket! If the parent company is UK based then we must be able to retrieve our money through Trading Standards Office.

If this company is UK based then why not send the returns to them at least it wouldnt cost so much to return! Surely something can be done to get our money back!!
