Wrost service ever! - bebe jacket

Don't order from beyond the rack ever!!! I order the wrong jacket call them right back they say the order was cancel... Couple day later they send me another e-mail stating that the jacket was ship already... I call them right back and they say that they haven't cancel my order if i want too i have to send it back to get store credit only... Poor service ever don't use it..
