Ripoff selling fake products

I purchased a NOrth Face jacket from this store for 95$ thinking it would be a good purchase because i would be saving money. The jacket was not in stock in my size so to person said i have to put a down payment on it to make sure I would recieve the jacket.

So I put 50$ on it. I went to following week and sure enough I recieved the jacket. Without any tags or anything so I was very suspicious about the authenticity of the jacket. Sure enough, I went home to further investigate the jacket. Being late already. And it was fake. My friend who also had the jacket showed me hers and the tags, button and everything else were completely different. Needless to say I couldn't get a refund when I called and told the manager I had reason to believe the jacket was fake.
