Non honoring terms of their own contract

Authorized agreement with Nationwide Surfaces Direct. I gave them a deposit of $2000. Later I observed in the very end-on the rear of the agreement section (5) it described delayed termination within (3) business days. Nationwide Surfaces find to depend Saturdays like a business-day.

They desired cost entirely and hadn't actually began any function. I needed to determine the conclusion work. I mentioned I needed my $2000 bucks back and that I might place all-expenses on my charge card. Though it is within their agreement, they WOn't take payment via charge card, and declined to come back my $2000 deposit.
