Vanover’s Surfaces may be the toughest subcontractor I’ve ever endured the catastrophe to employ. I'd a closed Deal, a mental agreement, and another individual published notice of Arrangement, authorized by Vanover, who guaranteed to remain behind their function and recognize their guarantee. Two whole degrees of walnut floor in a brand new house needed to be changed due to defective installation. Vanover strungout the problem for three years, creating reasons, and lastly encouraging to displace the floor free of charge in my experience. Throughout the elimination of the floor they transformed the conditions of our written contract and necessary cash to complete the task. I highly recommend that you don't use Vanover’s Surfaces. They don't remain behind their function. I'll never use or suggest them again.
