Breach of Contract

Direct TV broke the conditions of my agreement together by overcharging my bill.

At that time I activated with Strong TV I particularly requested to get a bundle where no aditional costs, costs or taxes or hidden charges will soon be due at the conclusion of the month. One bundle that will inlude Hd for just one price and that is it. Normally I'll not join Direct TV. I had been quite firm on that.

Customer support representative about the telephone informs me the "HD DVR PLUS BUNDLE" was the main one just as I requested for 49.99 per month. With HD and unique recipient all for just one simple cost without any extracharges. Cost of 49.99 was for 12 months and next 72.99 for another 12 weeks.

I'd questions about this and so I didn't signal. I Hang-Up the telephone. Following day I spoke to a different Primary TV Cutomer Service repetition and he or she informs me the same.

And So I closed. As well as for the very first 3 months anything was okay... Payment based on deal conditions.

Our agreement was for 49.99 per month for that first 12 weeks. And also the overcharge was a breach of my agreement.

No discussions with Customer Support repetitions or their administrators could change your decision of Primary TV to overcharge me.

I'd no option but to-order this supplier to prevent their providers inmediatly and that I contact my Charge Card Business to prevent cost about the overcharge also to quit cost about the early termination charge since it had been Immediate TV the one which broke the conditions of the agreement.

Next month: To my shock Dircect Television chose to cost me the entire quantity of 72.99 without clarification.
