I made the HUGE mistake of not researching this company. I bought a book for $6.99 in September and some how they been deducting $9.95 every month. When I realize what happend I immediately call the 888 number. When I called could not get any CSR so I proceeded with the automated system, no one live to cancelled what appeared to be a subscription I DID NOT authorized or agreed on. They did not provide a cancellation number so I knew right there I will have issues.

When I realized what it was I cancelled and yes thru the automated system. Lord and behold they still deducted my account. What a nightmare this have been for a simple $6.99 book, that so far has cost me over $40.00 now. I will probably have to cancel my account and ATM because of them.

Please do yourself a favor and buy thru ebay or amazon, stay away from this website.

Hope this help to spread awareness from my ignorance. Yes, I already filed a complaint with the BBB.

Thank you,

Tany
