I fell for the Anthony Morrison Advertising Profits from Home deal, thinking I would be spending $19.95 plus $9.95 for S & H for 2 free books. I called the 1-800-773-3521 number. Upon dialing this number I got an automated system that asked me for all of my information.
The automated system continued to try to get orders for additional items that are much more expensive. I was only interested in the book offer, and I continued to decline all previous offers. My credit card was charged $39.95.
I received the books and a so called free website - which is not free at all - they continue to deduct $39.95 from my account for a so called VIP membership. The website I was to use for my easy money making was useless. I cancelled my membership.
So I cancelled my membership and 2 days later I notice a charge for $39.95 deducted from this company. I called customer service and the only reply I get was that I cancelled 2 days after the charge went through. Which is a lie - I called on the day they claim the charge went through - and I got a recording that their office was closed. Nothing on the weekend - called back Monday.
Well Mr. Morrison you can keep the $39.95 from my pocket. I hope others read this report and do not make the same mistake.
