Abruptly stopped sending a paper bill when i pay for it to be sent then charge me to pay my bill in the store

For the past few months Cricket has disconnected my phone becasue the bill was not paid, I always pay my bill on time when I recieve my bill by mail, all of a sudden my bill has not arrived therefore my phone was disconnected, when I went to pay my bill and inquired about why my paper bill did not come in the mail, I was informed, I should be recieving a paper bill becasue I pay the fee to receive the paper bill. I have not changed my plan in any way in order to continue recieving a paper bill.

Then when I go to pay the bill I am charged $3.00 to pay the bill in the store. My son has a phone as well, he does not receive a paper bill instead he receives a text, which I do not, as a reminder to pay his bill then when he goes to the store to pay his bill he is charged $3.00 in order to pay his bill in the store. Why, I ask are we punished as a customer and charged a $3.00 fee to pay our bill?

When a bill is $48.15 and is text as a reminder and go to the store to pay the bill that very day the cost is $51.15. If we are text a certain amount it makes no sense that we have to pay a fee in order to pay the bill to keep our services... Cricket is ripping people off by charging $3.00 as a fee in order to pay the bill. Why do we pay a fee to pay a bill? My plan is a $45.00 plan yet I have to pay $51.00. Makes no sense and Cricket should be investigated as to why they charge a customer to pay theri bill...
