I have had cricket since July. After 9 months all of a sudden I am not eligible for the mutili value plan. I have not informed of this in anyway but they just raised my bill. Every month my bill is a different. I have never signed up for paper billing and every month I get charged for paper billing and have to get a credit. I also have automatic bill pay and only sometimes do I get the $5.00 credit for that unless I call up and notify them of their mistake. They also told us when we got the phones that at anytime we could get insurance. We started to have problems with the phones and now find out we can not get insurance. It takes forever to text a person and calls are always being dropped.in the middle of a conversation the phone will freeze up and you have to wait for at least a hour if not more before it comes back on.

Customer service says that you need to take it to a service center but it needs to be happenning at that time so they can see what is going on. It does not happen when yo are able to get to a store so nothing can be done about it. When I call customer service you are put on hold for 20 minutes or more and then they tell you there is nothing they can do about it. When you ask about different charges on your bill they say that it was always there and there is nothing they can do about it you need to pay it if you continute to want to have service. So in other words you don't pay what they say is due even if it is wrong they will turn you off. NAd if you payment is 5 minutes past 7pm they turn your service off and make you pay a reconnection fee. I think this is the worst service I have ever seen and hope I will not have the same problems that others have had when I cancel my service.
