Questions of bilking

I have had cricket for a year or to and since the get go have had meny billing problems. Like I had to pay the same bill twice because suposably I didnt pay. Also it my no sound like a lot but to me it is in just 3 months or less my bill of $55.00 whent up $4.71 meaning this month.insted of my supostobe $55.00 flat rate plan I know pay $59.71 pluse store and cricket taxs bringing my bill to almost $63.00 or more this month I have complant but nothing is ever done. Not to mention how slow the internet is and how bad store and custamer servise helps. With all of it. Dnt pay for insurens becuase u anyways pay the phone like new... All in, all I hate this horible company...
