Unauthorized card charges and low trade-in offer

I bought my first gun from Buds and ran into several problems. The first was about my age - it turned out I was allowed to buy a shotgun but not a pistol, so I had my dad put it in his name until I was old enough.

The second issue: within months of buying the gun, my credit card had two $300 charges I never authorized. I was only able to get the first $300 back, so I was out $300 because of Buds. I believe it was Buds, since they later sent an email warning that they may have been hacked.

The third issue was when I later decided I wanted a gun I could legally take to the range, so I asked about trading in the pistol for a shotgun. They said they'd give me half its worth toward another gun. After already costing me $300 and never even getting to use the pistol once, they only offered half its value back.

I've never felt so worthless to a business in my life. I will never buy from them again, and neither will any of my family members. Steer clear if you don't want to be treated like nothing.
