Dealer transfer fee rose from $30 to $50

I bought a shotgun that needed to go through a licensed dealer near me. I contacted the dealer and was told the transfer fee was $30 - but when the gun arrived at Fulton County Guns, they called and said it was $50. At this point I'm waiting to hear back from Buds to find out what can be done, but I won't just be shaken down for another $20.
