Rep said gun was in stock but it was discontinued

I bought a gun over the phone from a rep named "Edward" at Buds. I asked him if the gun was in stock before I bought it, and he said yes - he told me I was covered by the transaction, so the gun wouldn't be sold to anyone else.

Later that evening I checked my online order status with Buds and it showed an "error" with the order. I called and was told it was actually not in stock. I spoke to Edward again and he denied ever having assured me the purchase was safe - a flat-out lie. He then admitted he'd been looking at an inventory sheet and hadn't realized the item was actually discontinued by the manufacturer.

I asked to speak with someone else but was told he was busy, and was sent to a dead-end voicemail. They're still sitting on my money, earning interest at their bank in the meantime. Buyer beware.
