Received a different Taurus M85 finish than ordered

I bought a single handgun from these rip-offs. I ordered a Taurus M85 in stainless finish with gold highlights and pearl grips. I received an M85 in flat finish with rosewood grips. When I called, the sales rep said he would call back the next day, which he did, and then his boss told me to read the fine print. It says the gun you receive may not be as described, and the gun was still considered "sold."

I contacted Taurus for guidance, and they found the gun questionable enough that they asked me to send them the pistol overnight via FedEx. I tried to contact Buds, but apparently I'm on some kind of no-call list, I'm unable to leave reviews, and my account has been closed. I also found out you can only post positive reviews there because they have some kind of filter in place, so all the research I did by reading reviews before buying turned out to be worthless.

Taurus has had the gun for 47 days, and as of today they have resolved my issue and are replacing it with a new one, which I greatly appreciate. Whether there is something wrong at Buds, you will have to decide for yourself. But I know that if they had sent me exactly what I ordered in the first place, I would be satisfied, because personally I won't do business with these shady characters again. Service means a lot. Thank you, Taurus, for taking care of this. I just ask that you send it back quickly.
