Fraud - bad customer service

Went to have my Yardman Rider mower fixed... Wow talk about no quality and horrible customer service...

I had it serviced in November and it cost over $400. Well they claimed it ran when it came back home.

I tried to start it May and it wouldn't turn over... We changed battery, oil, gas, all that other stuff and still didn't turnover. Hmmm so I called to ask if service has warranty and they claimed "one month". Now mind you, they have "quality" services on their website, so I wanted them to come back and pick it up and FIX it this time free of charge due to already paying my money for the service and heard "can't do it".

I would have to pay to get it shipped back there, delivery back home and pay AGAIN for service! No way jay! I am sooooooooooooo extremely dissatisfied and want to know HOW do they get away with POCKETING my money for sucky service???

Please do not consider this company when purchasing or servicing mowers or any kind of motor for that matter!!! Beware!!!

I would like my mower to be FIXED this time for free and running when it leaves there... Now I am stuck without a working mower and money I paid to have it "fixed"...
