Ripoff

I took one rider mower and two push mowers to this shop. After having them for three weeks the owner called and asked me what was wrong with them. I told him they were damaged from running over brick and could he check the blades and shear pins.

On the rider the belts and blades needed replaced. He requested a 25.00 deposit for each mower. I gave them 80.00 because I did not have change. After calling on 8/05/05 at 12:33 in the afternoon he delivered all my mowers not fixed with receipts where he wrote down what I told him was wrong with them.

Said they weren't worth fixing and kept my eighty dollars stating the estimate for the rider was 30.00. I believe he did not even look at these mowers since he deliverd them at noon the next day at my house. The only thing written on the service orders was the things I told him was wrong with my mowers.
