Toro/Lawn Boy The company never Backed its Warranty coverage

My grandmother purchased a Toro Lawn Mower with a 2 year warranty. The purchase was made on march 26. Four months after having the lawn mower, the motor blew.

We then called Toro and they sent us to a local dealer to check the malfunction and supposely get fixed. Two weeks past and I finally recieve a call from the dealer and they said that the company will not cover the blowed motor thru the warranty becuase it was low on oil and apparently that is from the owner (my grandmother) not having sufficent oil in the lawn mower.

This is a complete rip-off, when I took the lawn mower to the dealer it was leaking oil from the motor, so for Toro to say it was my gransmothers fault is a complete lack of care for the consumer. The lawn mower cost 350-400 dollars and all I want is a new lawn mower for my grandmother or have the motor replaced. How can a company offer a two year warranty on anything and not cover a 4 month old lawn mower that malfunctions and blame it on the owner on top of everything?
