New Craftsman Mower Handle Cable Broke and Service Unreachable

Two weeks ago I bought a Craftsman Rotary Lawn mower 650 series Briggs and Stratton engine power-propelled 22"multi-cut. The second time I mowed with it the self propelled handle cable broke. I tried called Sears in Franklin, Ohio Middletown Mall on Towne Blvd in Warren County and no one would answer in the Lawn Mower department. So I tried calling Customer Service and got the answering machine left a message I wanted someone to pick up or come by and fix the mower and I told them I was borrowing my neighbors mower so I would be mowing if they called back.

They called back the girl said her Manager said to bring the mower in to the service department. 1. I can not lift the mower 2. I have no truck 3. I just bought the mower they should think customer service and drive 15 miles and fix it! Plus I called 3 times talked to Customer Service and they transferred me to who knows where in Sears and no one would pick up the phone.

Very disappointed in Sears I have bought all my appliances with Sears if they will not come to my home and fix the mower I'm returning the mower and no longer buying from Sears.
