Bad service

I bought a house in The Preserve at Boynton Beach, a Foundation Team advancement.

I've issues about their revenue and contracting methods. Our deals with Foundation have now been a vintage baitandswitch misrepresentations and broken promises. These include:

- Having Freedom provide me an initial acceptance before I closed the agreement, subsequently somewhat altering the conditions of the actual mortgage;

- Providing to pay for closing expenses easily applied their captive bank Freedom Home Financing, subsequently eliminating that concession about the evening of closing;

- Supplying A substantial monetary concession to help the purchase, subsequently considerably lowering their concession about the evening of closing;

- Providing me an initial closing declaration significantly less than twenty four hours before closing, subsequently showing an extremely diverse (less positive in my experience) closing declaration at closing;

- and, Threatening to maintain my deposit easily didn't signal.
