Dishonest, bad customer service, broke promises made ripoff

I bought 3 houses through Ridge Mortgage, we did not close on time for any of them. I was lied to, the person I was dealing with was not keeping me abreast of things, and did not follow through. This business is all about time and money. They seem to get my money and not care about my time or closing in a timely manor on my properties. Lack of communication, losing important papers and not asking for them right away. Holding back the process of closing. They told me they waited 2 weeks for a return phone call from one of my banks, and it was blamed on another person in the office. I felt I was not looked out for, and as soon at they had my business I was put on the back burner.

Then the owner's daughters offered me some kind of concession at the end of it all. This was her idea not mine. I said OK, and that promise was broken and I never received any concession, and now receiving not nice emails from them.
