I bought a house in The Preserve at Boynton Beach, a Foundation Team advancement.

I've issues about their revenue and contracting methods. Our deals with Foundation have now been a vintage 'baitandswitch' of misrepresentations and broken promises. These include:

- Providing to pay for closing expenses easily applied their captive bank Freedom Home Financing, subsequently eliminating that 'concession' about the evening of closing;

- Having Freedom provide me an initial acceptance before I closed the agreement, subsequently somewhat altering the conditions of the 'actual' mortgage;

- Supplying A substantial monetary concession to help the purchase, subsequently considerably lowering their concession about the evening of closing;

- Providing me an initial closing declaration significantly less than twenty four hours before closing, subsequently showing an extremely diverse (less positive in my experience) closing declaration at closing; and,

- Threatening to maintain my deposit easily didn't signal.

Our purchase was a design house. Foundation caught to rent it back from me for you to 2 yrs. After I requested for my first monthis book, they stated they desired to negotiate the rental. I declined. They chose to leave the design within the next month, but nonetheless haven't compensated me the $3,000 lease they guaranteed for all those 8 weeks.

I still don't have ownership of my house because they are finishing a strike listing of repairs. Meanwhile I'm in a rented condo that I rented only times before they chose to leave the design. It'll charge me atleast $5,000 to interrupt this rent.

Foundation isn't a business that retains its term. They'll declare whatsoever acts their goals at that time, subsequently WOn't recognize their claims later.
