On Friday, July 29 i bought a Weber grill from Ace Hardware. There is a $20.00 email in discount that we submitted using the bill and upc code. The refund was the key reason i purchased this specific product.

Today i received an answer saying that the refund was unacceptable since the bill did not possess the proper day. It had been bought about the first evening of the purchase. I am certain of the day i bought the grill therefore the day is proper as well as the purchase value was about the bill. The billis printer was only a little gray so that they was possibly too lazy to actually search for the day onto it. They understand I can not resubmit my bill since i delivered alone i obtained at that time of purchase in using the refund.

This all appears like a fraud in my experience given that they understand 99% of times no body will venture out and check a duplicate of the bill due to their documents before they deliver it set for the refund. The key reason i submitted this criticism would be to have it on report how Expert Hardware handled this now ex-customer. Cheers to take the full time to see this.
