RBS -Deceptive Sales Practices

This company sent paper supplies for a charge card machine which were never authorized by my company. The package was addressed to an employee who has no authority to purchase and has denied ever authorizing any shipments of anything over the phone. RBS refused to provide prepaid return shipping authorization and the product in the unopened box remains on my shelf. Recently, the company has been attempting to collect on the shipment of about $70. I have refused and indicated that the unsolicited material can be picked up at any time. The most recent call suggested that RBS would file a lawsuit. I think the Judge would find the case interesting.
