Unfair & Deceptive Business Practices

In its advertising, Health Research Labs does not make it clear that if your order their product you are automatically enrolled in a perpetual auto-ship deal every few months. We originally ordered a product in July. We then received a 2nd shipment in December. We wished to refurn the product for a refund and phoned HRL to ask the refund procedure.incredibly, HRL policy is that you can only return a product after the FIRST shipment but not after subsequent shipments. They refused to issue us what they call a "RMA" or a number authorizing a return. We returned the product to them anyway and are disputing this transaction on our credit card statement ($150 plus charge!). HRL should be shut down.
