Ripoff, mislead an unsuspecting employee by verifing address

"jeremy" called my restaurant and lead an employee to verify our street address, and because we had just recently made a purchase of the credit card machine, she was lead to believe that this was connected to the verifone purchase package.

I have called the company several different times to get the ra#, but they refuse to comply unless i give them my credit card # to bill me the 20 % restocking fee, which i refused, then they came down from 65.90 to 32.00 to resolve the matter, i still refused, so i guess i am stuck with paper and ink, i do not intent to use or pay for. Hopefully one mark on my credit report from a fruadualant company won't hurt.
