Unsolicited mailings of material and fraudulent billing

Ottom line books has sent material that was never ordered and now is billing for that material. I did not order any material or subscribe to any services of this company. The one book sent was returned unopened and at their expense. I have not sent them any money. I have returned their bill with a note saying what i have just written here and that they are not authorized to send any material to me in the future.

From what I am seeing here online, I am not alone in this attempted ripoff. The post office will simply return any unopened mail to the sender and return postage is the responsibility of the shipping company.
