Horrible customer service

Two weeks before I requested a silk chemise to get a buddies bridal shower (in 5 times). It simply came, wrinked as could be having a tear-down the leading. Since I have will need to buy a different product in a shop today, I named FOH to ensure I will return them and obtain repaid the initial delivery that I settled. I had been first attached to a lady who might hardly talk or comprehend language. Then I had been used in a guy in customer support who condesendingly repeated they couldn't pay me the initial delivery, despite the fact that them is broken. He couldn't clarify the thinking behind this plan. Even if I described that I want an upgraded over the following 4 times, he nevertheless was unaware towards the cause I had been frustrated. He agreed to deliver an upgraded totally free, which is within 3 MONTHS??? I inquired if he might overnight the bundle and he declined. It's ridiculous to be billed delivery to get a broken product, even when they return the price. The corporation has terrible customer support and that I WOn't purchase from there again
