Bad service

Don't order with fye!!! I requested a Disc and settled additional for just two evening atmosphere (producing the Disc worth $16.99 price $29.13) I actually sent them stating when they couldn't create shipping within the period had a need to stop my purchase. The purchase was created about the 16th and didn't get to period for Christmas. When I named to obtain a reimbursement about the $9.98 delivery cost - I had been declined from the customer support consultant stating they require 3 - 5 business days simply to approach the purchase before it's delivered. After I mentioned that it didn't state that everywhere on the site and requested to talk to a manager I subsequently was handled extremely rudely from the supervisor. He declined to return the delivery price and stated could not show me particularly where the (absurd) time period had a need to approach an order before it could be delivered was mentioned on the webpage & subsequently stated he didn't have time for you to talk to me. Because a web-business is just just like their customer support (and particularly their supervisors) I-say FYE is not worth something... Get elsewhere.
