I purchased a king-size Blanket. It arrived in a King. After I named Customer Support to tell them, they stated I'd need to spend to deliver it back after which they'd deliver me the best size. IT WAS NOT MY PROBLEM! I inquired when they provided a location where I really could produce return shipping name. She stated no I'd need to spend to ship them back. I informed her used to donot experience I ought to need to purchase their error. She advised me "Mam, I am in Customer Support, not delivery" Are you kidding me? I stated "PRECISELY!"
