Horrible customer service

I requested two gowns out of this organization. Fourteen days later I obtain just one of the gowns, but my charge card was billed for both. I contact customer support and, after being on-hold for near to an hour or so, they inform me another gown isn't available. They charged me a silly large delivery price of $11.90 for 2 product. I just settled this type of large delivery price since I had been purchasing two products. Today I discover they truly are just reimbursing me $1.75 of this delivery price for that product I am not getting. And so Iam spending over $10 delivery FOR JUST ONE dress. I inquired easily could easily get an upgraded gown for that product no more available. They stated thatis not their plan and that a reimbursement was already released. Our charge card hasn't been returned a cent yet. Just after my telephone call to customer support has any motion been obtained on the component. The corporation isn't trustworthy. I'll never purchase from their website again.
