Requested dimension 9EEEE sneakers, when obtained although these were designated "9EEEE" these were really regular thickness. Sneakers included return tag that suggested a 7.99 cost for return. Named their customer support division and was informed the return delivery could be returned when the sneakers weren't EEEE width, they could be calculated when delivered and so I applied their delivery name. After I obtained my return the return delivery have been billed from the price of the sneakers. Named their customer support department and was informed "We do not gaurentee match" and "That Is everything you get whenever you purchase sneakers on-line." with a supervisor in that division.
