They sent me the WRONG shampoo

This place - although it shows good prices on items - has got the most horrible customer support ever!!! I requested some wash along with other hair products. They delivered me THE INCORRECT wash, when i requested them to deliver me the right shampoo instantly, they virtually laughed and stated I'd need to watch for them to deliver me a return delivery purchase - which required 4 times - then I'd to deliver the incorrect shampoo back, that we could not do before following Friday simply because they delivered me the return shipment tag almost during the day on Friday while I had been at the office and also the shampoo was in the home. The return delivery they delivered was the slowest - obviously cheapest - path feasible therefore it required seven days for this to exhibit as shipped back again to them. Today it's 5 times after dark evening they obtained my return purchase and that I NEVERTHELESS don't possess the wash i requested. I wound up needing to visit a shop and purchase they wash at complete retail cost due to their error. Today... It's been 25 times since I have put the initial purchase and that I still do not have the merchandise. They state that they've thirty days to solve it once they get the return item. They might have provided an alternate - like shipping out the right product instantly - as well as payment for this - till they get the return item, however they stated they cannot do this until i purchase another container after which would need to purchase both. That's totally rediculous. Again... I'll never use this website again! Never!!! I'd rather pay twice as much for product and have it promptly.
