Monthly Fee Ripoff

I terminated cell phone service by T-Mobile on 10 October at end of my current contract. I received a final bill that required me to pay for not only the 9 days I had service, but for the rest of the month of October. Contact with Customer Service resulted in my being told essentially - That's how it is - your contract allows us to charge you through your normal billing period. So I paid for service I could not use!
